The board of Clear Energy Systems embodies executive level leadership in capital markets, state-of-the-art manufacturing, international product marketing, power generation, and energy management.

Tony S. Corey: Mr. Corey is President and CEO of the company, and also serves on its board. Mr. Corey's global experience spans several industries and includes overseas assignments all over the world. Mr. Corey served as Corporate Vice President of Rohm and Hass Company, formerly a Fortune 500 company, from 1986 to 1997. He subsequently served as President and CEO of Rodel Inc. (1998-2002), a worldwide leader in semiconductor technologies, during which the company valuation grew from $260M to $2B+. Mr. Corey is Chairman of the Board of Arizona Technology Enterprises. He is a Board Member of Arizona State University, the Arizona State University Foundation, CADTEL, and Massively Parallel Technologies.

David Cornwall: Mr. Cornwall is currently the CEO of Quantum Capital Corporation in Phoenix, Arizona. He is an experienced executive focused on the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets.

Dan McCauley III: Mr. McCauley is a successful Phoenix, Arizona attorney with significant experience in Corporate and Commercial Law.

William Post: Mr. Post is a retired Chief Executive Officer of Arizona Public Service, the state’s largest electric utility, and retired Chairman and CEO of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, parent company of APS. He is the current Chairman of Swift Transportation and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Arizona State University. Mr. Post is a current member of Board of Directors of First Solar and US Airways.

Bernard Robertson: Mr. Robertson is a retired Senior VP of Advanced Product Development and Regulatory Affairs at Chrysler. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and Board Member of the National Academies’ Board of Energy & Environmental Systems. Mr. Robertson serves on the Board of the Mexico/USA Foundation for Science (FUMEC) and is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (I Mech E) and SAE International. He is a Chartered Engineer (UK).

Don Wright: Mr. Wright is the President and CEO of The Winnington Capital Group Inc. (delete: , an investment counsel and portfolio management company.) His career has spanned over 40 years in the investment industry holding numerous leadership positions in high profile firms working both in Canada and internationally. He is the past Chairman of the Board of Via Rail Canada and is the current Chairman of the Board of GMP Capital Inc. Mr.Wright also serves on the Board or as Chairman of the Board of multiple companies in the investment, manufacturing and oil industries.
